Problem: The client was unable to make profit due to low sales
Solution: I created a blue print for customer acquisition, decided which main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) needs to be focused on and improved those. I drew details focus to profitability - cost per mat and revenue per mat. As there is a mix of membership types, this isn't something readily available.
Result: Revenue growth of 30%, driven by an increase in occupancy (a KPI) and profit per mat (another KPI). And more importantly, a much less stressed owner.
