Everything starts with a 30 min free consultation to understand the best solution for you
We have an on-boarding meeting where I learn the current position of your business. Most of this is me asking you questions
We then decide where we start focusing, how often we're best meeting (daily, weekly etc), and set some short term goals.
This is a rolling arrangement and has no limitations on scope of our discussions. Whatever challenges you face, that's what we face together.
